Salmon is fantastic because it is so easy, you can top it with anything and its delicious. But top it with this honey glaze. You won’t regret it.
Honey Glazed Salmon
Prep time: 3 minutes
Cook time: 18 minutes
Servings: 2 – 4
What you need:
(2) 6oz filets of fresh salmon
2 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp sea salt
What to do:
Preheat oven to 350°
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil (no clean up!)
Place salmon filets on aluminum foil
Mix all other ingredients together in a small bowl and brush on both sides of the fish, heavier on the top off the filet.
Bake for 15 – 18 minutes, depending on how well done you like your fish
Enjoy on top of a bed of mixed greens or with a side of sautéed asparagus!
